Terms & Conditions
The rules of the road.
By using ThatVibeCoder, you agree to these terms. They lay out what we offer, what you can do with it, and how we work together.
Last updated: April 27, 2026
What this is
By using thatvibecoder.io, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. Pretty simple.
What we offer
- Free Notion templates — download, use, modify for personal or business work.
- Paid templates (occasionally, via Beehiiv) — same usage rights as free, plus support.
- The newsletter — weekly emails about Notion, AI, and the tools we use.
- The blog and other free resources — how-to posts, write-ups, and reference material.
- Affiliate links — links to tools we actually use, sometimes with discounts for our community.
Using free templates
You can:
- Use them for personal or business work
- Modify them however you want
- Share screenshots of how you’ve used them
You can’t:
- Resell them as your own product
- Redistribute the original templates
- Strip credit and pretend you made them
Paid templates
- All sales are final unless something is broken on our end — in which case we’ll fix it or refund within 30 days.
- One purchase covers one user’s license.
- No refunds for changing your mind after purchase.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on the site (especially on /affiliate) are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we actually use. The Federal Trade Commission requires us to say this — and we’d say it anyway.
The newsletter
- Sign up with your own email, not someone else’s
- Don’t use the site or the newsletter to spam, scrape, phish, or anything else dodgy
- We can stop sending you emails if you violate these terms. You can unsubscribe anytime, with one click.
Intellectual property
The site, the templates, blog content, branding, and code are ours. Don’t copy, scrape, or republish without asking. Quoting and linking back? Always fine, encouraged even.
“As is”
Everything on this site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it working, but:
- We don’t guarantee zero downtime
- We don’t guarantee templates will work with every future Notion update
- We’re not responsible for what happens in your business if you use the templates or follow our advice
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from using the site, the templates, or anything we recommend. If a court ever holds us liable, the maximum is what you paid us in the last 12 months (which, for most people, is zero).
External links and tools
We link to other sites and tools, especially on /affiliate. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they do or how they handle your data.
Termination
We can end your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the site or unsubscribe anytime — no notice needed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Disputes get resolved in New Jersey courts.
Updates
We update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
